The new agreement had been signed early March 2013 following mutual discussions between Saudi Global Energy-SGE and Prime Electric who together recognized the major synergies that both companies offer each other.
President & CEO of SGE – Mr. Anwar Aleitani signed the agreement in Prime Electric HQ in New Delhi.
